imnot sure i understand much, it has to be a little clearer.
intuitively i would say that if there is offence, defence and specialteams, you have to define types of relations between them. in soccer you would have defence neutrelize offence in various ways, two players for each star of the second team etc.
try to come up with two or three different strategy schemes.
